It's Soundtrack Sunday again! The day where I post awesome music to write to or just listen to for pleasure if you're a fellow soundtrack junkie. In honor of one of my favorite game series of all time finally getting another episode in the epic saga, I'm featuring a soundtrack piece from the King's Quest series.
This is a series of amazing PC games starting in the 80's then supposedly ending in the late nineties, but now has a fan-made, creator-approved wrap up with the last episode coming out soon and a prequel releasing at the end of the month! As a long-term fan, I am stoked!
The games have many good soundtrack pieces and this one from the eighth game of the saga Mask of Eternity. This piece is a soothing, nostalgic guitar solo perfect for writing a medieval tale. You can listen to more epic music in my Soundtrack Sundays YouTube playlist.
