It's Soundtrack Sunday again! The day where I post awesome music to write to or just listen to for pleasure if you're a fellow soundtrack junkie. Just recently I rewatched one of my favorite thriller movies Patriot Games. Normally I'm not a huge fan of the genre, but I really enjoy this story about Irish terrorists and the nostalgia since it was filmed a year before I was born so I remember a lot of this old tech.
The music is also fantastic. In honor of the amazing composer James Horner's death, I want to show off some of his fantastic music this Soundtrack Sunday. This has an amazing Celtic theme with old Celtic singing and instruments. To this day, I've never seen a movie of this genre have such a soundtrack using a mysterious almost ancient soundtrack. This could be listened to while writing a thriller or even a fantasy! You can listen to more epic music in my Soundtrack Sundays YouTube playlist.
